The detachable pearls are 'shell pearls': real freshwater pearls that are ground and reconstituted into these large pearls - we couldn't find consistent quality from Mother Nature. These pearls can be worn with any of our gold huggies or lever back hoops.

• Recycled sterling silver base metal, plated twice with 18k gold giving a pale gold (never orange) finish
